Peter Kotlár, the government’s special envoy for investigating pandemic management and a member of parliament for the pro-Kremlin Slovak National Party, made a notable announcement during an extraordinary health committee meeting in the National Council. Experts and doctors who were on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic attended the session. Kotlár, a doctor known for his anti-vaccine stance and controversial conspiracy theories, including beliefs in “satanist bases” and chemtrails, revealed, “In the conclusion of my investigation, which I will present in September, there is clear evidence that there was no pandemic in Slovakia in terms of what a pandemic means regarding incidence and other measurable parameters.”
